Derek Redmond, Simon Woodroffe and Marek Kriwald will embark on a gruelling adventure to traverse 1700km of Africa on 200cc trail bikes in order to raise funds that will provide African medics with motorcycles. Without an efficient mode of transport, these highly skilled and dedicated individuals are a wasted resource, spending too much of their time trudging from village to village, when they could be doing what they do best – saving lives and alleviating suffering.
