Sponsorship
Parliament Enduro is seeking sponsorship in several ways which are detailed below, however individuals and companies can support the challenge informally by making a donation on the 'Make Your Pledge' page.
If your organisation is in a position to help us with sponsorship, we have detailed below some of the ways in which this could be done and the exposure we can offer sponsors.
Requirements and fund raising objectives
Cash for Enduro Africa – The Parliament Enduro team needs to raise a minimum of £15,000 (3 Trail Bikes) for Enduro Africa, but we have set our financial target at £25,000 which would see us through our target of providing 6 Trail Bikes. A generous cash sponsor could also secure a change to the name of the team and the branding of this web site, plus the many benefits shown below.
Equipment – Hein Gericke have kindly agreed to provide us with all the protective clothing required which will be from the 2007 range that employs all the latest materials including Kevlar and Gortex. We also need video camera equipment and other travel equipment, ranging from GPS to Mosquito Nets.
Services – Web design is by Moov2, who have generously agreed to develop and maintain this web site. We also need to arrange Insurance for trail bikes and travel, Training facilities (off road location), Video editing and PR services.
Sponsorship Benefits
Suppliers of equipment and services will enjoy the benefit of:
- Logo on clothing/bike, Parliament Enduro website, all press releases and newsletters.
- Links from Parliament Enduro website to sponsors websites
- Also links from Derek's, Simon's and Marek's websites to sponsors websites.
- Access to copy and photography which may be used in your newsletters/brochures/website
- High quality video footage that could be used on your website or in your premises.
Cash sponsors will also benefit from:
- Simon Woodroffe and/or Derek Redmond to deliver an inspirational talk at your company conference (dependent on amount offered)
- Renaming of the team, if the full amount is offered, plus full sponsor branding for the website and all communications such as press releases and newsletters.
- Logo on crash helmets.
- Also links from Derek's, Simon's and Marek's websites to sponsors websites.
- Access to copy and photography which may be used in your newsletters/brochures/website
- High quality video footage that could be used on your website or in your premises.
- Opportunity for Simon and/or Derek to visit your company and give a presentation about Enduro Africa and how they faired.
- Simon, Derek and Marek to write pre and post event articles for your use.
